Some information regarding the Japanese launch of Yoshi’s Island DS and Heroes of Mana is starting to come in.  The first day sales are in for these two games:

The first day sales for games released last Thursday have been revealed, with Yoshi’s Island DS selling a healthy 100,000 units, whilst Square Enix’s Heroes of Mana could only sell 10,000 of its 100,000 first week stock.

Yoshi’s Island is on a roll already over there!  I sure hope Heroes of Mana picks up the sales this coming week.
