Konami has announced a new DS game entitled Time Hollow, which looks to be similar to Hotel Dusk or Trace Memory.  Here are some details from the Famitsu scans:

• created by Suikoden’s Junko Kawano and TV/movie/novel writer Takehiko Hata.
• play as Horo Tokio, who has the “Hollow Pen”. The pen gives him the ability to change the past. Horo’s family are in trouble, and he has to save them using the pen’s power.
• Winter 2008 in Japan
• Investigate areas by tapping them on the touch screen
• Draw circles in the game world to go into the past
