As many of you probably did last night. I “thought” I downloaded the Wii Internet update from the Shop Channel. I received a message this morning from Nintendo about six o’clock telling me to do so. I thought that was kind of weird getting the message that late. So I went back to the Wii Shop Channel, and tried it again. To my amazement my keyboard works on the Internet Channel. This Still doesn’t make up for Brawls delay Nintendo!!

Here’s an overview of all the updates in version 3.1:

• full USB keyboard compatible (including internet channel)
• links received on the Wii message board now open in Internet Channel
• can send links to friends
• can copy text from the page being viewed and paste it into a search
