The reason why this is a rumor is because I can’t find the source. Its not very clear on which magazine this is taken from. So until I can figure our where this is taken from, we will just keep this as a rumor.

UPDATE 2: May 15, 2008: Pokemon Platinum has now been confirmed by Nintendo for a release later this year!!

It really doesn’t take even 2 years to make a new hand held pokemon game. Wiki the games and look at the dates they were released. Usually within 2 years of one another. UNLESS they are released for a new platform, then it will obviously take longer.

I heard pokemon platinum is coming out in august 27 i think its true because everybody is talking about it and it came out in Japan did anyone hear that brawl has a sequal and is coming out on july in Japan don’t mess with it :.]

Pokemon Platinum is due Sept 13 in japan. In the US is to be announced.
The information was leaked out on the Circut city website. Its due in 22 march 09 for us release
