You may remember that Gibson is already suing Activision, stating GH violates a patent Gibson filed in 1999 for a virtual reality music game. Gibson is now going after retailers for selling the game; Wal-mart, Amazon, Gamestop, Kamrt Target and Toys’ R Us. Gibson is not suing for money, they are just asking the court systems to order these retailers to stop selling GH until Gibson and Activision resolve there differences.
