This poorly written sentence is going to make a lot of GH/Wii fans very unhappy.Taken from Activisoin GH World Tour press release:

*Online gameplay is only available for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and Wii and may require an additional subscription.

It seems like Activision is wanting to make a little more money and charge for only play for people who are not, ie PS3 and Wii. If this turned out to be true, would you still be interested in GH World Tour?
