Editors Note: As far as we can tell this is official announcement. Even the games official website mentions a new 3DS and Wii U release. At the end of last year the games developer, Nicalis, did tease a possible 3DS and Wii U release of the game. But, I wouldn’t be surprised if this become an April Fools Joke.

Binding of Isaac: Rebirth hits Wii U and New Nintendo 3DS next month

The brains behind the videogame, Super Meat Boy, plan to release their latest creation, Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, next month on Wii U and new Nintendo 3DS. The information was given to Pure Nintendo and has been confirmed to “Not be fake”, given the fact that today is April fools day. Although an official release date has yet to be announced, gamers can expect to play Binding of Isaac: Rebirth sometime next month.

At this time, details regarding console specifics have not been disclosed, however, all we know is the Nintendo 3DS version will be exclusive to the newest iteration of the Nintendo 3DS family.

Binding of Isaac: Rebirth originally launched in 2014 and has since been released on a wide range of consoles.
