Bravely Default Flying Fairy Coming To North America In 2014
It is very nice to see publishers reacting to fan requests to bring Japanese games to western markets. We have seen an example of this recently with the release of Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, and Pandora’s Tower in the west.
After seeing the success of Operation Rainfall, fans have started to make a new request to bring Bravely Default Flying Fairy to western gamers. Square Enix has partnered with Nintendo to answer the call of fans this time around and will be bringing Bravely Default Flying Fairy to European gamers in 2013 and North America gamers in 2014. Hopefully fans will continue to urge more developers and publishers to consider bringing their titles to the west so that everyone can experience the same adventures that Japanese gamers enjoy.

Why would Europe get a Japanese game before us? Wtf?
Also, the new urge/push is for Mother 3 to be released over Virtual Console, even so far as the creator of he long used Mother 3 English Patch offering to use his patch, translation and resources for an official translation to Nintendo for free.

This has happened a few times. It all comes down to what Nintendo thinks the Market for a game is. To be honest the UK/European market more closely resembles the Japanese Market then the NA does.
