While at Tokyo Game Show Yuuji Horii, the creator of the Dragon Quest series, was asked during a special event when Dragon Quest X would be released.  His reply to the question, “sometime next spring.”  This is not a firm release date but yet a target that the development team working on Dragon Quest X is trying to hit.
