Nintendo had plenty to show us for their first presentation for E3 2017. In case you missed the live demonstrations, you can catch up on the videos here. First up, we’ll start with Super Mario Odyssey.

In addition to the first demonstration, online streamers were treated to a demo of a new area, Wooded Kingdom, which isn’t available for people to try at the E3 showroom floor.

Next, we’ll jump into Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was shown off in great detail.

Fire Emblem Warriors also got plenty of love.

Most surprising of all, however, was the reveal of a 2D Metroid title. As a remake of the original Gameboy game, Metroid: Samus Returns proves the 3DS is still going strong.

That’s not all Nintendo had planned for the 3DS though, as we also got a sneak peek at Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions.

Last but certainly not least on our list, the soon to be released ARMS got a live demonstration as well. Releasing in just a few days, be sure to check out our review if you missed it.

As the first day of Nintendo’s E3 presentation concludes, which game was most exciting for you? How do you feel Nintendo did at E3 2017? Let us known in the comments!
