Series director, Tetsuya Nomura, has announced that he plans to have Kingdom Hearts 3D done soon after the start of the next fiscal year. A playable build of Kingdom Hearts 3D will be shown off, September 15th – 18th, at the Tokyo Game Show.

Nomura is also trying to produce one Kingdom Hearts remake in HD before it is time for the series 10th anniversary, which was March 28th in Japan. Nomura is hoping the HD remake would bring more fans to the  series, which he admits is hard to do these days.
