Causal Bit Games have announced via Twitter that they have become the latest in a long line of officially-approved Nintendo developers. This is great news for the Canadian indie developer – and for us, as it means that their arcade plaformer Insanity’s Blade, with NES-inspired graphics and soundtrack, will be making it’s way to the Wii U soon.

Insanity’s Blade: The Chronicles of Thurstan is the first in a series of games, and features two-player co-operative gameplay with 18 stages that follow the journey of a sword possessed by a father’s powerful grief and hatred.

Check out the trailer below, and let us know if you’d be likely to purchase this game once released on the eShop.
