  • 140 (Double Fine Productions, €7.99 / £5.59) – a puzzle platformer with a simple visual style and a pumping electronic soundtrack, this one requires rhythm as you synchronize your moves to the music. The style uses simple geometric shapes, with enemies and obstacles between you and your goal.
  • Vektor Wars (Super Icon Ltd, €7.99 / £7.99 ) – this is a first-person shooter based on classic arcade blasters and with nine world zones. Blast your way through waves of robots with stylized vector-based visuals.
  • Rorrim (Nitrolic Games, €4.52 / £4.09) – guide a princess through mazes in a mirrored world of dungeons. The GamePad and TV show the real and mirrored views to make puzzles more interesting.
  • Alice in Wonderland (Brave Rock Games, €4.52 / £3.78) – a narrated visual novel with illustrations as you read along and listen.
  • TOUCH SELECTIONS (RCMADIAX, €2.99 / £2.69) – this is a combination of two previous releases in one download: PEG SOLITAIRE and AVOIDER.

  • Kingdom’s Item Shop (CIRCLE Ent, $5.00) – this one takes the premise of heroes fighting battles in a fantasy land and turns it on its head as you instead run the item shop.

New Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console

  • Final Fight (Capcom, €7.99 / £7.19 or buy 2 get the 3rd free on New 3DS VC Final Fight trilogy) – this is the console conversion of the classic 1989 arcade game, which hit the SNES in 1991. It’s beat ’em up action at its best as you fight your way through Metro City to rescue the mayor’s daughter from the Mad Gear Gang.
  • Final Fight 2 (Capcom, €7.99 / £7.19 or buy 2 get the 3rd free on New 3DS VC Final Fight trilogy) – this side-scrolling beat ’em up sequel originally hit the SNES in 1993. This one adds co-op multiplayer to the mix, and once again features the Mad Gear gang as you fight at various worldwide locations to rescue the sister and father of Maki, one of the new playable characters.
  • Final Fight 3 (Capcom, €7.99 / £7.19 or buy 2 get the 3rd free on New 3DS VC Final Fight trilogy) – to complete the trilogy comes the final Final Fight, originally hitting the SNES in 1995. This one takes us back to Metro City to brawl with a new gang known as the Skull Cross gang. There are new moves, a CPU-controlled co-op player option, and multiple endings on offer.
