As another week draws to a close, the Pure Nintendo team has been keeping busy with the world of Nintendo and – as avid Nintendo fans – we squeeze in as many gaming hours as possible. Check out our favorites from this week and let us know what’s on your playlist right now in the comments section below.
Pokemon Red (GB): I’ve been playing this for about two weeks now, sadly I lost my charger. I swear there are gnomes in my house that steal things and laugh as they watch me ransack everything. Before my GBA SP died I made it to Cinnabar Island. Here’s a pic of my team and their levels so far. I’m trying to keep them all right around the same level so I don’t pick favorites during battles. Of course Charizard is my favorite Pokemon but I love my Raichu just as much :)
- Yoshi’s Woolly World (Wii U): While I beat the game at a brisker pace for review purposes, I’ve been enjoying Co-op with my wife at a more leisurely clip. This latest Yoshi adventure deserves to be played by all Wii U owners. It’s such a great game!
- Rakoo & Friends (Wii U eShop): I should have my review for this new eShop game post later today. It’s cute, but overpriced for the limited challenge it offers.
- Mario Kart 7 (3DS): In a busy week I had little time for anything more than some gaming on the go during my commute. And Mario Kart 7 remains a favorite of mine :)
- Pokémon Shuffle (3DS): It goes without saying that this is still on my list! Although I made no progress in the main stages, I did catch Golbat and Duskull in the Pokémon Safari.
