Back in July Netflix announced a change in their plans that separated streaming and DVD. At that point it only effected new Netflix subscribers. Starting September 1st, (Tomorrow) every Netflix account will be switched to the new plan, which will cost $15.98 for both streaming and unlimited DVD rentals.
