The day is here…or I should say the day before the wee hours of the morning reveal is here. The clock just turned over on the 29th in Japan, the day they will announce the 3DS release dates for hopefully more than one country. As far as I can see, no one knows for sure when the exact time of the press conference will be. Many, including ourselves, believe it will be sometime after lunch time in Japan; which will put it between 1-2 am eastern time in the United States.  I will assure you Pure Nintendo will be waiting patiently to update everyone on what is announced.
