RUMOR: Amazon Italy Outs Fourth Playable Character For Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
Recently Amazon Italy uploaded some box art for the upcoming Donkey Kong Country game, Tropical Freeze. This box art featured playable characters from Tropical Freeze, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, and Dixie Kong, that were previously announced. What is strange about this new box art is the appearance of Cranky Kong! Has Amazon Italy unintentionally leaked a fourth playable character for Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze?
Amazon Italy has since removed the box art from their site and replaced it with generic box art. Many are speculating that Reggie Fils-Aime’s presence at VGX 2013 will be the announcement of Cranky Kong as a playable character in Tropical Freeze. With so many upcoming games in Nintendo’s arsenal, it is hard to tell what Nintendo plans to show off during VGX on December 7th. Nonetheless, Nintendo has created some buzz as to what they will be showcasing at the gaming event.
