The Word Wiimbledon Has Been Trademarked
Thats right the word “Wiimbledon” which mean a Tennis tournament of the Wii, has been tradmarked by an Utah based company.
Mangia Technologies snapped it up for “G & S [Goods & Services]: Entertainment in the nature of Nintendo Wii Tennis tournaments; Providing facilities for Nintendo Wii Tennis tournaments.”
The site that broke this news reports that Mangia Technologies sales equipment to restaurants. I am not to sure what they are planing on doing with Wiimbledon?
