GameXplain posted a video on YouTube today featuring a bunch of cool Easter Eggs they discovered in Mario Kart 8.  Check out the video above to see some of the cool little details that Nintendo has added into Mario Kart 8.  Mario Kart 8 releases in retail stores and on the eShop May 29th in Japan, May 30th in North America and Europe, and May 31st in Australia.
