SEGA took to their social media channels recently to share the news with 3DS owners …

3D Gunstar Heroes will be releasing 8/20 on Nintendo eShop! Also, make sure to keep an eye out for the developer interviews on our blog next week!

3D Gunstar Heroes is part of the next wave of SEGA 3D Classics, which also include 3D Streets of Rage 2, and the upcoming 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

Even though I was first introduced to video games with the Atari 2600 (I feel old) it was Nintendo that turned me into a lifelong fan. From the magical NES era when Nintendo was the face of gaming, through today with the 3DS, Switch (and everything in between) Nintendo’s always entertained me with their innovative, and just plain fun games! I like that Sega is still releasing things for the 3DS but I also wish that they would bring more of their old titles to the WII U.
