As of today you will not be able to purchase the Nintendo 3DS directly from Amazon. You will be able to still purchase from other venders on the site.

The reason why this is under a review :

The flip-screen is loose when its opened, please inform them that Nintendo has confirmed as long as the upper screen locks into place, the unit is within Nintendo’s design specification. Customers can call 1-800-255-3700

This was already a known problem some people are having with their 3DS. I wonder what Amazon will do for their next step.
