This fall’s Nintendo Direct had plenty of announcements, including the release date for Star Fox Zero for Wii U: April 22, 2016.  Along with the release date, Star Fox Zero was also given a minute-long trailer showing off the cast of characters, as well as the variety of vehicles.  The Arwing is able to transform into a walker, while the Landmaster Tank will transform into a hover vehicle for low-altitude combat.  Nintendo also showed off a bit more of the Gyro-Wing, which acts as a stealth copter for covert operations.  Although they did not show too much of the Gyro-Wing, it did not look to have any way to attack, making being undetectable all the more critical.
