Key findings from the Bulletin:
-Sega leads the industry with the most releases for current gen home consoles and eight releases based on new IP
-But what characterises Sega’s publishing strategy across the three platforms: does the platform affect Sega’s stratregy?
-As highlighted in the previous Bulletin, Q1 08 sees Wii catching up with Xbox 360 in terms of the total number of games available for the platform
-Aggressive Wii support levels over Christmas have not persisted into 2008: release volume is more evenly spread between the platforms going forward
-American and British developers produced by far the most games this quarter, followed by Canadian and Japanese studios
