SEGA has revealed the latest map and music track for Team Sonic Racing, which is heading to the Switch later this year. The Frozen Junkyard presents a futuristic glacier for a high-velocity race full of icy twists and turns.
The new map is accompanied by a even chillier music track from iconic Sonic series composer, Jun Senoue, and Tyler Smyth of Danger Kids. You can give it a listen below.
In the new Frozen Junkyard track, Sonic and friends will race through a hazardous frosty junkyard, avoiding treacherous obstacles such as lethal beams from a massive Death Egg Robot.
Team Sonic Racing is being developed by award-winning studio Sumo Digital. The kart racer is set to bring a fast-paced, competitive-style racing experience to arcade fans, featuring your favorite characters and environments from across the Sonic Universe. You’ll race with special team mechanics to play and win together, with online or local co-op modes available.
