Ready for more Nintendo Music? It seems the weekly tradition of new tunes continues with the addition of Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training joining the colleciton.

Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training was released on the Nintendo DS back in 2005. The soundtrack features 14 tracks that cover 35 minutes of classic tunes, sitting neatly in the background of whatever you’re doing to help tickle your brain. Could this soundtrack be perfect for nutting out those work-related spreadsheets or other such brain-numbing tasks?

Here’s the list of tracks:

  1. Title Theme
  2. Checking Brain Age for the First Time
  3. Menu Theme

Last week saw the addition of F-Zero X, a fast-paced addition for those active listeners among us. While the Nintendo Music app launched on October 30, we’ve been treated to at least one new soundtrack every week since then. It started with Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Donkey Kong Country 2, followed by the nostalgia of Wii Sports.

While the selection seems slightly limited for now, we’re happy to see a constant stream of new releases every week. We’ll be sure to discuss this latest soundtrack to join Nintendo Music on our next episode of the Pure Nintendo Podcast, so stay tuned.

Have you been using the new Nintendo Music app? What do you think? We’d love to know your favorite soundtrack so far!
