I think that I should report this because I am one of them that gave Spiderman 3 game a poor review.  Kotaku is reporting, that once the poor review of the game came out, the shares of the Company fell 5.2%.

Reviews are not as important for a movie-based game. What’s more important is how the movie does in theaters.
