Their just making the same game over again thinking that I’ll spend my money on the Phoenix Wright series even though I already have the game on my DS…………and thier right. Release date please!?
Right now for the US they’re just listing the first one to release in ‘January 2010’ for 1000 Wii Points and then the rest will follow after that according to this capcom-unity post:

My guess is they didn’t release an actual date in January because Nintendo is known for shuffling games around at will for VC/WiiWare/DSiWare.
