Max & the Magic Marker now has an official release date of January 22nd in Europe, while a US release is said to be ‘just around the corner’. The game looks to be a very unique take on the classic platformer and shows off a great visual style.  The game will go for 1000 Wii Points and a free demo of the game will be available later today at the official website.
