I did not run across this while looking at the live feeds of the Europe Media summit, which doesn’t mean it was not there. According to Capcom of Europe’s Mega Man 10 page, the blue bomber will be coming to European Wiiware’s March 5th.

I feel a little weird marking this as a rumor, being it is coming from a Capcom site. So for now I am just going to call it unconfirmed until we confirm it.
