G4 returns as the official broadcaster of 2010 E3
LOS ANGELES, May 24, 2010 – After delivering spectacular top-down coverage of the 2009 Expo, G4, the multi-media network that is plugged into the digital generation and its love of video games and technology, has once again been named the official broadcaster of the 2010 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3 Expo). This year, G4 expands its coverage from 22 to 25 hours, broadcasting LIVE from the conference floor and all of the most highly-anticipated press conferences, including Sony, Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft and for the first time ever – Valve. G4’s Live coverage of E3 2010 begins Monday, June 14 at 3pm ET and continues through Thursday, June 17.
As the official broadcaster of the E3 Expo, G4 is the only place gaming fans can get all the inside scoop and information from this highly-anticipated event. “X-Play” and “Attack of the Show” teams will report directly from the show floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center and bring video game fans unprecedented access to all of the excitement that makes E3 Expo the epicenter of the gaming world. G4’s on-air team will showcase an unparalleled number of hands-on demos and exclusive interviews with the people who are changing the world of gaming.

Notably, on Tuesday, G4 presents the world premiere hands-on demo of LucasArts highly anticipated “Star Wars: The Old Republic” LIVE from the convention center floor.

“E3 2010 Live” kicks off at 3pm ET and runs through 12:00am ET. Day includes live coverage of the EA and Ubisoft press conferences as well as the exclusive, world broadcast premiere of the Valve press conference, unveiling “Portal 2,” the highly anticipated sequel from one of the industry’s most respected studios.Tuesday, June 15
Day begins with live coverage of the Nintendo and Sony press conference events at 11:30am ET and runs through 9pm ET.Premiere of the live hands-on demo of LucasArts highly anticipated “Star Wars: The Old Republic.”
Wednesday, June 16 and Thursday, June 17
“E3 2010 Live” focuses on exclusive hands-on demos and interviews from the G4 stage at the convention center.
