The Pokémon Global Link service was initially scheduled to launch on March 30th in America and Europe and on March 31st in Australia. The Pokémon Company International has just announced however that due to the recent earthquakes in Japan, the service has been delayed and will launch at a later date. Japan needs to conserve energy at the moment and cannot afford to run the Global Link servers which will be consumed globally as the name suggests.
