New Super Luigi U Coming on June 20 / Aug 25
During the Nintendo Direct, Iwata announced that New Super Luigi U will release as DLC for New Super Mario Bros. U on June 20 and as a standalone, packaged game on August 25. The DLC will be priced at $19.99 and the standalone copy will retail at $29.99.

Just saying, but Super Luigi U isn’t a very creative name. At least Luigi gets to star a game for once!

I like the name. I feel like if they would have called it anything else, people would have thought of it as a stand alone game and not DLC.

Good to hear their are choices, but why the month delay between them? Is it in hopes to sell more DLC? Maybe they explained in the Direct (probably shouldn’t be posting before I watch it, lol)
