According to a status update on Pokemon’s Twitter feed, Junichi Masuda, the creator of Pokemon, is recording a “very special message” regarding Pokemon X/Y. That’s all the information we’ve got. I wish we knew more, but keep your eyes peeled for some sort of video. We’ll post more as soon as we know.

I like that the folks at the Pokemon Company have been using lots of different methods of engaging their fans and releasing information. We’ve seen information come from Nintendo Direct, CoroCoro, Pokemon Smash!, their official website, and the roundtable presentation at E3. I’m hoping that we get some good information from this video. More new Pokemon, perhaps? Story information? More fairies?
