Indie Game Armikrog Is Coming To The Wii U
Pencil Test Studios Inc. recently funded their game, Armikrog, on Kickstarter. The funding goal was not only reached but Pencil Test received enough funding to surpass the stretch goal that will bring the game to the Wii U eShop. Over $970,000 was raised and the game will be released on the Wii U, Windows, Mac, and Linux. The game will also be localized in the following languages French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian and Polish.
Pencil Test Studios partnered with the creator of Earthworm Jim and The Neverhood, Doug TenNapel, to create Armikrog. The new point and click adventure game uses a very unique claymation styling and stop-motion animation to bring the game to life.
Armikrog follows the adventures of a space explorer named Tommynaut and his blind alien, talking dog named Beak-Beak. They crash land on a weird planet and end up locked in a mysterious fortress called Armikrog. Then…the adventure begins!

I really can’t wait to play this. I’d love to play The Neverhood but finding it is near impossible these days.
