Michael Patcher speaks out on unauthorized Mario app
By now you might have heard of the Chinese mobile app “Super Mario”. It is a blatantly unauthorized game that Beijing Flyfish Technology Co. is profiting from. Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Patcher had this to say regarding it …
Nintendo “should be exploiting their IP on their own instead of letting others do so.”
Do you think it’s appropriate for Patcher to call out Nintendo for not bringing their IP’s to the mobile market? Or should Patcher’s criticism’s have been directed at Beijing Flyfish Technology Co.?

Last I checked the “P” in “IP” stood for “property”…meaning Nintendo can do with it (or forbid others) as it wishes.

Why is it almost everything Patcher says annoys me?

He has that affect on a lot of people. I don’t like Patcher very much either.
