On April 1st the internet is bombarded with bogus information from every and any source imaginable.  The internet has credibility issues to begin with then add a day where nonsense is allowed to be slung from every direction and it becomes madness.

Every year Google provides their own prank and this year it was Nintendo themed!  This year Google organized the Pokémon Challenge and urged everyone to try to catch ’em all using Google Maps.  The reward? A job at Google as the official Pokémon Master….not quite.  The job at Google doesn’t exist but that doesn’t mean that Google didn’t reward those ‘trainers’ who dedicated their time to catching all the Pokémon.
