Dillon Markey, an animator for Robot Chicken, modded a Power Glove to control the stop motion software he uses during animation.  He has used the Power Glove during the animation of Robot Chicken and Friendship Allstars of Friendship.  He talks at length about why and how he modified the Power Glove for animation in the short documentary, ‘Playing with Power’ by Ava Benjamin, below.  There are many professionals and personalities that use the Power Glove for various purposes modding it to fit their needs.  Not bad for a piece of gaming history that didn’t fare too well on the market at the time.  Many credit the Power Glove’s less than stellar past as being ‘a little bit ahead of its time’ as Markey puts it in this documentary.
