Mr. Iwata talked a little about this during his GDC keynote on Tuesday. Here is some new information from his talk and what we have learned recently about the eShop channel for the 3DS.

  • Coming late May with world wide system update.
  • Almost all DSiWare games on the channel. For those that are not, no reason is given.
  • Will be able to transfer your DSiWare games on your DSi to your 3DS. Limit on how many times you can move your games.
  • No word on what new eShop channel games will be at launch.
