It seems like Amazon is having major problems with their Nintendo property. Earlier today Amazon put a hold on their 3DS products. The good news is this issue with the 3DS seems to be resolved. The bad news is another Nintendo product, OOT guide, is under review now. We will keep you up-to-date with this news.
