Reasons for postponing launches of major titles:

  • Avoid competing with the major titles that other companies plan to introduce in the 4th quarter
  • Preserve the value of Capcom’s titles and maximize sales volume
  • Expand the lineup of titles in the next fiscal year and afterward

I was really hoping Monster Hunter 3 would still come out in March (and I know I’m not the only one), but it looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer.  I just hope it’s not too much longer.
