Just wanted to remind everyone that the Game Developers Conference, from San Francisco, starts tomorrow and will go through Saturday. (March 9-13) Normally GDC is not the place for mega-uber-super announcements but there will be a few interesting things to look forward to. Below is a list of things, that I can think of, that have been announced or rumored to happen at GDC.

  1. DS2 – This rumor has been floating around for a while. As time goes on my faith for this is shrinking.
  2. High Voltage Software – HV has told me they will be showing off the Grinder, and Tournament of Legends at GDC. Also it seems like HV will be announcing and showing off a new project they have.
  3. Nintendo Games – Galaxy 2, Metriod Other M, Sin and Punishment, and everything else shown off at the Nintendo Media Summit will be at GDC.
  4. Metroid: Other M – Team Ninja, the developers of Metroid Other M, will be holding a panel discussion during GDC. Many believe, including me, this will be the place and time we will see videos and more details for Metroid Other M.
