NEW YORK, June 21: At the Licensing Show in New York today, Classic Media announced deals with Crave Entertainment and Ignition Entertainment for console video games based on the new animated TV series George of the Jungle.

 

Games will be released for the Nintendo DS, Wii and PlayStation 2 platforms in time for the U.S. launch of the show on Cartoon Network this winter. 

 

Crave Entertainment will distribute the titles in the U.S., while Ignition Entertainment will roll the games out internationally. George of the Jungle console games will hit shelves in the U.S. and U.K. this winter, before rolling out to the rest of Europe and other territories worldwide beginning spring 2008.
