Indie developers Altered Matter have announced Etherborn, a new gravity-shifting game for the Nintendo Switch.
The environmental puzzle platformer is built on exploring and understanding gravity-shifting structures. You’ll also be answering one of the toughest questions of life: why am I here? You play the role of a voiceless body in search of the meaning of life, as you explore dreamlike, Escheresque levels.
Moving through the stages involves your unique sense of gravity, which anchors you to any surface you touch. Each level is designed as a sort of organic Rubik’s Cube, allowing for exploration and manipulation as you puzzle your way through.
Etherborn has already received several awards as well as positive reception at gaming conventions, sparking the release to Switch. Check out the trailer below to see this unique game in action. And let us know your thoughts on the meaning of life.
