The Non Specific Action Figure made his first appearance on June 3 last year, a week before E3.  He was introduced in a video ‘demonstration’ of what we now call Miiverse and has gained popularity since.  For those unfamiliar with Mr. Non Specific Action Figure, the video below is the Nintendo Direct from last year in which he first introduced.  Although he shows up in early frames of the video, the name Non Specific Action Figure doesn’t actually get mentioned until the 13:17 mark.  I really hope that Nintendo decides to use their new character more because I actually found him to be quite entertaining!
