I’m sure most were surprised, and a little excited, when Iwata announced Nintendo’s next console, code named NX. Even though we are probably over a year away from any type of grand reveal, it hasn’t stopped Mr. Iwata from talking about it.

“However, if you only expand upon existing hardware, it’s dull. In some shape or form, we’re always thinking about how we want to surprise players as well as our desire to change each person’s video gaming life.”
