Another week has passed and the latest sales data from Japan has been released. Once again, Monster Hunter 4 dominates the software charts, moving another 172,000 units to hit a total of just under 2 million total sales in just over one month.

There was some stiff competition this week from Sony, with a number of new games entering the charts. The 3DS managed to feature seven titles in the top twenty, whilst the Wii U’s sole game is still Mario Kart 8, coming in at number 14.

The New 3DS LL was the best-selling device again, moving just shy of another 60,000 units. Sadly, Wii U sales decreased again this week, moving to eighth spot with only just over 4000 units sold.
