The latest sales data for Japan is in, and this week saw the successful release of Nintendo’s newest IP, with ARMS selling over 100,000 units in its first week. In fact, the Switch led the pack this week, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild following ARMS to round out the top three.

In hardware, the Switch maintained pole position, with a moderate surge that saw 37,709 units sold, 10,000 more than last week. The 3DS was in third place again, moving 11,592 units.
