For me one of the greatest parts from Wind Waker was sailing between locations. Not only was this action relaxing, but a great time to make a PB&J sandwich. It was learned during Gamescom that Wind Waker HD would have the a new item, a Swift sail, which would help speed up the trips between locations and the time I have to make a sandwich.
