Welcome to another episode of The Pure Nintendo Podcast! We discuss our amiibo addictions, erm, collections. Roger has taken the clear lead here, but Jemma is determined to catch up next week.
We’re joined by a special guest this week, Todd Hulett from WayForward. We interview Tomm to talk about the team’s latest game, Spidersaurs. We discuss the ins and outs of creating a fresh IP like this, from animation to music, as well as Tomm’s experience working with the Switch and Nintendo in general.
We also delve into the games we’ve been playing this week, including Splatoon 3 (of course), a review title called Cat Maze, and Pikmin 3 – perhaps inspired by the recent Pikmin 4 news.
Our weekly podcast is where we disuss anything and everything Nintendo-related. If you’re a Koopa Kast fan, don’t worry – we’re still running this specialized podcast series as well. In fact, check out our recent Nintendo Direct episode!
In the meantime, let us know if you enjoyed our latest show! We’d love to know your thoughts on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, so get in touch or leave a review!
