Madden 13 had been mentioned to come to the Wii U this year but EA has decided not to bring their huge franchise to the 3DS.

Coming from a EA rep….

“There will not be a new version for 3DS this year.”
To be honest I was never really into Madden for handheld systems. I know I will not be missing it.
